In what will be its largest sale for three years, the Acuitus commercial property auction on September 21st will bring to market 62 lots with guide prices ranging from £50,000 to £3.75m.

The UK’s largest property auctioneer, Auction House, has sold a fifth more properties this year than the same period in 2022.

 

Between the start of January and the end of August, the group successfully sold 2,913 lots, compared to 2,424 last year – a rise of 20%. In the month of August alone (traditionally a quiet month for auctioneering) the group sold 269 lots, compared to 242 the year before – an 11% increase.

Record sales prove canny buyers are still out there, says Auction House

Auction House says that its latest record sales figures prove that buyers are still snapping up UK property, as long as it is correctly priced.
