We are constantly developing our service to ensure our members and visitors get the best possible support and information when it comes to buying and selling property through auction.
We list properties sent directly to us by UK auction houses. Our team manually uploads the details, giving house hunters and investors a clear view of current traditional auction properties across the UK. We only feature “Traditional” auctions, not Modern Method ones.
Auction houses list with us for free, which means even the smallest ones—often not on big sites like Rightmove—can showcase their properties here. So, users get access to auction lots from both large and small auctioneers in one place.
To access full property info, contact details, maps, catalogues, and our auction calendar, there’s a small subscription fee. This helps cover our costs, as we don’t rely on ads or distractions. It’s affordable—about 20–30p per day, depending on your plan.

We list UK properties going to Traditional auction, as provided directly by auction houses. If you’re interested in a property, you’ll need to contact the auction house directly for viewings, legal packs, or bidding info.
Our database updates daily, so we don’t send out catalogues or property emails. Always search directly on our website for the latest listings—search engines may show outdated pages.
