The three-storey property in Blackboy Road, Exeter, has a freehold guide price of £310,000.

It is among 147 lots in the in the latest sale by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

With five lettable rooms, it also has three shower rooms, a communal room and kitchen plus parking to the front and rear for several cars.

Senior Auction Appraiser Audrey Smith said: “This is a spacious three-storey town house which provides good access to local amenities, Exeter University and the city centre.

“We understand that the property has previously been let to five students producing an income of £40,800 per academic year.

“Investors will see the potential to continue in its current guise or others may consider subdivision, subject to all the necessary planning consents.”

A top floor holiday apartment at a popular resort on the north Devon coast is going under the auctioneer’s gavel.

The two-bedroom flat at Westward Ho! in Bideford has a leasehold guide price of £100,000 plus.

Located at the Westbeach Holiday Resort, the apartment generated £47,795 in lettings between April 2022 and October 2024.

Auction Appraiser Steve Appleby said: “This modern holiday apartment is close to the beach as well as local shops and amenities.
