A: Registering with UK Auction List is quick and straightforward.
Simply click “REGISTER”, choose the subscription you'd like, and enter your details. Your email address will be your username. Payment can be made by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Once your membership is active, you'll have access to the full property information we provide, together with Property Alerts, Favourites, our Auction Calendar and Auctioneer Directory.
Our subscriptions renew automatically, either monthly or every three months, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Member's Account, and you'll continue to have access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
A quick note about keeping your search up to date
Auction property can move quickly. Auctioneers sometimes add new lots after we've uploaded their catalogue, and properties can also be sold or withdrawn before the auction takes place.
Because we manually add our listings rather than scrape websites, there can occasionally be a short delay before a new lot or change appears on UK Auction List. That's why our listings link directly to the auctioneer — you can always check their website for the very latest information.
A small number of auction houses don't provide PDF catalogues either, but you can still find their forthcoming auctions in our Auction Calendar and Auctioneer Directory, with a direct link to their website.
Q: How much does it cost to register?
A: UK Auction List is a subscription service.
Our current subscription options are:
- £9.95 per month, or
- £19.95 every three months
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
There are no additional UK Auction List membership fees or commission charges. Any costs associated with buying an individual property — such as deposits, buyer's fees, legal costs or other auction charges — are set by the auctioneer and will be explained in the property's auction conditions.
If you only want your membership for the initial subscription period, simply cancel before your next payment is due.
You can view your orders and download invoices from your Member's Account.
Q: How long do I have to register for?

Q: How do I cancel my account/subscription?
A: Cancelling is straightforward.
Go to “My Account” on your Members homepage and click the “Cancel Subscription” link at the bottom of the page.
Once cancelled, no further subscription payments will be taken and you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation. You'll continue to have access to your Member's area until the end of your current paid period.
We recommend keeping your cancellation confirmation email for your records. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, check your junk or spam folder and, if necessary, contact us so we can confirm that your cancellation has been processed.

A quick word of warning when searching for auction properties online: Google and other search engines can sometimes show older property listings from past auctions.
Our main database focuses on forthcoming auctions and unsold lots from the previous five weeks. If you're interested in an unsold property, always contact the auctioneer directly to check whether it is still available.
Some of our older property pages, which you may find through property tags, are retained for information and research purposes only. These properties are no longer being offered for sale, but they can give you an idea of the types of property that have previously appeared at auction.
For the most up-to-date listings, always search UK Auction List directly rather than relying on an old search engine result.
