We are a small family-run company (not a big corporate), who provide property auction listings in the UK. We outsource general call answering in order to support us day to day. If you decide to phone, our receptionist might not know the answer to your specific question and will therefore take your name, email address and nature of your call, for us to respond to. Therefore, it's faster to simply contact us with your enquiry via the form below, or drop us a line directly to: [email protected]. We can then personally email you a dedicated and thorough response to your query.  Please provide an email address and do just check your spam folder in case our correspondence is directed into there. (If a follow up call is needed after we've emailed you then we can arrange this).

Please note that we are not personally selling any of the properties in our database, so unfortunately will not be able to answer questions or provide details about specific properties. You will need to contact the auctioneers directly for further information and to enquire about Property Viewings, Legal Packs, Registering to Bid, Submitting an Offer, and results of previous sales (their contact details are available to view if you decide to Register).
