The venue’s operations will not be changed but its freehold is set to go under the hammer at a London auction, with commercial property specialists Lambert Smith Hampton acting as agents.

The firm said it represents a freehold ground rent investment, with six years left on a 99

Auction House London is holding a private auction with four lots on Monday 13 July ahead of its main auction mirroring the Australian auction system where properties are sold on site or nearby as they come onto the market.

Auction House London director, Jamie Royston said, “In this case this was the best option for the owner who is selling the four commercial and residential properties in Queensbridge Road, Hackney. This method is similar to the Australian idea and with the increasing popularity of selling by auction we are able to be more flexible on how and when we auction property.”

The broad proposals were in the Tory manifesto but have since been tweaked to ensure that pensioners will be able to downsize their home without worrying about their offspring missing out on the tax break.

The allowance will be transferable on the death of one spouse and added to the

To begin with today, I've got a rather charming little one bedroom end of terrace property for you in Somerset.  Often it tends to be the big spacious family homes that I'll share with you on our blog at UKAL, but once in a while I'm reminded that good things really do come in small packages.

This is a lovely little cottage, and while it's one bedroom means it's not suited to the expanding family, it is however perfect for grandparents, and also parents of grown up kids whom have flown the next. While there's only that single

It was snapped up by a Leeds-based motor mechanic at Paul Fosh Auctions last week.

Sean Roper, of Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions, said: “There was loads of interest generated prior to the auction with lots of people coming
