Just over a year ago, Mr Hakim tried to sell the former theatre at auction. It was put up for sale with a reserve price of £60,000. But the bidding only reached £57,000 at the auction, which was held by Eddison's at Leeds United's Elland Road ground

The first one I've got for you completely drew me in at first glance, and won me over completely as soon as my eyes moved across to the image of the interior. First one's a rather nice 3 bed for modernisation in wonderful Wiltshire. Lots of extras with this one... a large barn/workshop, an annex, parking, garage, garden... you're getting a lot for your money with this one

This quirky lot really caught my eye... not often your amenity land comes with its own feature lake with bridge! Possibility of use as a fishing lake perhaps? Also perhaps suitable for conservation use...so, if you're looking in Wiltshire, then this half acre could make an interesting conservation project.
