The latest property auction held by Cheffins on 12th June saw successful sales across its land, residential and commercial lots with £3.5 million worth of property sold.

Particular successes included a substantial vacant office building in the village of Toft, Cambridgeshire. Originally semi-detached cottages, it has been converted and extended to provide cellular office space and has a lawned area to the front and parking to the rear.  Launched at a guide of £275,000-£300,000, it went under the hammer for £375,000 following very competitive bidding from a number of potential buyers.
