Located in Hyde Road, they are among 166 lots in the fourth sale of 2025 being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

Auction Appraiser James Lofthouse said: “Both components of this property are located on the ground floor, and include a good sized rear garden with potential.
