Six plots of land across Cornwall went under the auctioneer’s gavel on 20th September.

They were among 180 lots in the latest auction held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

The small pockets of land were sold under instructions from Cornwall Council at the firm’s auction.

All were listed with a nil reserve and were sold at prices ranging from £111 to £30,120.
