A former library in the heart of an historic south Wales valleys town has gone up for auction in what is fast becoming a property hotspot.
The fully let property in the Eastern Valley UNESCO World Heritage town of Blaenavon, Gwent is being sold at auction by Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions.

The gastro pub and six-bedroom hotel is on the main route to the prime residential area of Sandbanks and its cluster of multi-million pound homes. It is currently let to Greene King on a new 20-year lease running from September 2022 without break at a rent of £120,000 pa.
