Over half-a-billion pounds and 3,000 sales this year prove the benefits of unconditional auctions, says Auction House                                                                            

The UK’s largest property auctioneer Auction House is reporting the sale of over 3,000 lots, raising more than half-a-billion pounds in the year to date - for the first time in the group’s 14-year history.

Between January and October Auction House sold 3,045 lots from 3,668 offered – an impressive success rate of 83% - raising £517,719,529 in the process.

An increasing number of national instructions are being handled by Bond Wolfe, the expanding West Midlands commercial property experts.

Bond Wolfe has recently sold properties for clients as far away as Devon, Hampshire and Kent, and has just started marketing other properties in Northamptonshire and Malvern.

October culminated in the ever-popular National Property Auction which saw SDL Property Auctions hold the country’s biggest live-streamed auction for the third month in a row, with a catalogue of 228 residential and commercial properties.

Bond Wolfe raises nearly £¾m for former guesthouse near Sutton Coldfield

A former guesthouse with nine bedrooms and a swimming pool near Sutton Coldfield was sold for nearly three-quarters of a million pounds ahead of Bond Wolfe’s latest auction.

The detached property known as Highfield Farm, overlooking open countryside on Farthing Lane in Curdworth, had a guide price* of £635,000+ but keen interest saw its sale prior to the auction for £740,000.

Property auction news: A trio of live-streamed auctions featuring lots spanning all four corners of the country will bring another successful month for SDL Property Auctions to a close.

Expanding national property group Bond Wolfe has attracted total sales of more than £16 million from the 154 lots sold in its latest auction on 20 October.

The revenues now mean that with another auction in December still to go the auctioneer’s year-to-date sales total has reached £146 million, with an average success rate of 93%.
