A former 14 bedroom care home in Halesowen will be in the spotlight for residential developers and investors when it goes under the hammer in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next auction on Wednesday 9th December.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said the property at 15 Lyde Green, Halesowen, was potentially suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning permission.

The company sold 185 lots from the 201 offered on Wednesday 28 October, which represented an impressive success rate of 92%.
Its previous record was set at its auction in February this year, which achieved total sales of just over £20.25 million.

Sutton Kersh held their penultimate auction of the year on 22nd October, generating sales worth over £9 million.
The Sutton Kersh team sold just over £4.2 million worth of property prior to auction and a further £5 million on the day. The value of sales for the 40 properties that were sold prior was a record for the team.
