A former church on land in Birmingham that’s ripe for potential development will appear in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next auction at Villa Park on Wednesday 23rd October.
The property known as Sheldon Gospel Hall first opened for worship just after the end of World War Two at 575-577 Barrows Lane in Sheldon and has a guide price* of £125,000 to £135,000.
