A Grade II-listed Midlands farmhouse with eight bedrooms that dates back at least 200 years is one of the star properties in Bond Wolfe’s next auction on Wednesday 21 July where a record 250 lots will go under the hammer.
The Georgian property on Otherton Hall Farm, near the hamlet of Otherton, near Penkridge in South Staffordshire, will have a guide price* of just £250,000+ in the live-streamed auction.
The Farmhouse is currently detached and ranges over four floors including the attic, with an additional basement, and it needs refurbishment throughout.
Despite a background of projected higher UK inflation and also the extension of the commercial eviction moratorium, Acuitus raised £22.8m with a success rate of 95% at its June auction.
