A former Methodist Church in the Black Country with a range of accommodation on a site of about one-third of an acre is set to attract competitive bidding at Bond Wolfe’s next auction later this month.

The former Moorlands Methodist Church, which fronts onto Hydes Road in West Bromwich has been listed with a guide price* of £175,000+ in the livestreamed auction on 30 March.

The vacant freehold property, which dates from the 1950s, has a gross internal area of about 4,334 sq ft and is located on about 0.34 acres of land.

In a storming start to 2022, Auction House London has sold the highest number of lots in one sale in over a year, at its recent auction this month, on Thursday 10 February 2022.

A Midlands investor is feeling in the pink after scooping a healthy £75,000 profit in under two months when he sold a former health Centre in Burntwood, Staffordshire, in the February auction held by Bond Wolfe.

A 5,400 sq ft complex sitting on almost a third of an acre of land, the former NHS medical centre in Hudson Drive has been empty since last year, when the medical practice moved to the new £3.4 million Greenwood Health Centre on nearby Lichfield Road.
