Many years ago, the front half of the building on this site was a telephone exchange. The auctioneers believe that it was subsequently extended and now internally measures 13.50m (length) x 2.37m (wide to front section) x 3.20m (wide to back section). It is of brick construction with a clay tiled roof over and has a good off-road hardstanding area to the front. It sits within the designated village boundary for development purposes, which, thus, gives a good indication that redevelopment of the site is possible, but due regard needs to be given to any substantial trees.
