Character Cottages for Auction Somerset TA11 £300,000 - £350,000 (REDUCED)

A rare opportunity to acquire a terrace of three character cottages, set within a generous plot. The properties are currently under one land registry title and offer the opportunity to renovate, reconfigure or redevelop (subject to any necessary consents). The auctioneers believe that a minimum of two of the units require a significant programme of modernisation, however obvious potential exists here to create at least three excellent letting units, either with associated parking or further development.
