The keys to a row of 10 newly refurbished lock-up garages in Gloucestershire are on offer at an auction in June.

They have a freehold guide price of £85,000 plus in Clive Emson Auctioneers’ sale ending on June 12 when 174 lots are going under the hammer.

Work on the neat row behind Pitman Place in Wotton-under-Edge has included new roofs, weather strips and doors.
