We always enjoy seeing what interesting properties are coming up for auction around the country, and the latest catalogue from Clive Emson Auctioneers certainly doesn’t disappoint. Here’s a look at a couple of the standout lots in Somerset coming under the hammer later this month.
A bungalow on the edge of Glastonbury is among the lots in Somerset going under the auctioneer’s gavel. (MARCH 26)
The three-bedroom house – Court Farm Bungalow in Butleigh – has a freehold guide price of £370,000 plus.
It is among 186 lots listed in the second auction of 2026 by Clive Emson Auctioneers, which is one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK.
Senior Auction Appraiser Audrey Smith said: “This bungalow offers spacious accommodation and now requires repair and refurbishment.
“It also has potential for conversion of its attic space, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.
“We expect interest from buyers looking for a special family home and builders for post works onward sale.”
Court Farm Bungalow is being auctioned in arrangement with Tor Estates.

Pasture land in Minehead with direct access to Exmoor National Park has a freehold guide of £20,000 plus.
The elevated, south facing meadow in North Hill Road measures about 0.48 hectares (1.19 acres).
Auction Appraiser Steve Appleby said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire manageable rural acreage in a sought after coastal location close to the town and Somerset coastline.
“It enjoys panoramic views over Minehead, the surrounding countryside and out towards the sea.
“With direct access to Exmoor National Park and its bridleways, the land has previously supported mixed livestock and would suit continued agricultural, amenity or smallholding use.”
