Wirral-based property consultants Smith and Sons has announced solid results from its latest online property auction, with over 60% of properties sold.

The online auction attracted interest from investors, developers and owner-occupiers across the region, with a range of residential, commercial and land opportunities included within the catalogue. Three properties where sold post auction, with interest remaining following auction completion, where sales can still be secured.

Among the standout sales was 24 Ashburton Road, Prenton, which achieved a sale of £415,000, while 3 Woodstock Road, Wallasey, sold for £99,500 against a guide price of £50,000 - £60,000 following strong bidding activity. Other successful lots included 25 Cecil Road, New Ferry, which sold for £91,000, and Penrhyn Avenue, Thingwall, which realised £124,000 against a guide of £95,000 - £110,000.

The catalogue featured a broad mix of vacant residential properties, investment opportunities, commercial premises and development land throughout Wirral, Liverpool and surrounding areas.
