Land and property in Torbay are set to go under the hammer at an auction on 24th July.

They are among 168 lots in the fifth sale of 2025 being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

Two flats in Torquay are available separately at £100,000 plus each in Queen’s Quay, Victoria Parade.

One is on the third floor and the other is on the fourth floor. Both have two bedrooms and are available with the remainder of 250-year leases from 2010.

The site north of Millrise in Luppitt has a freehold guide price of £70,000 plus. Work has already started with the completion of a road for the construction of an agricultural livestock and storage shed,
