Three houses and two parcels of land are going under the hammer in the first sale of 2025 being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

An end-terrace three-bedroom house in Raymond Road with land has a freehold guide price of £50,000 to £60,000.

Auctioneer David Henwood said: “There are a wide variety of lots in our first auction of 2025.
