A five-storey seafront house on the Isle of Wight is to be auctioned with a guide price of £395,000-plus (lot 81).

The six-bedroom residence at 18 The Strand, Ryde, is among 168 lots listed across England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, regional land and property auctioneers.

The online auction ends on 23 July, with bidding live from 48 hours beforehand.

The catalogue includes a lot in Blackpool, Lancashire – a 10-bedroom former guest house has a guide price of £130,000 - £135,000 (lot 32).

For those looking for a bolthole in the West Country, a former toll house in Sidmouth, Devon, dating back to the 1800s, is guided at £95,000-plus and has one bedroom (lot 120).

Receivers have instructed Clive Emson Auctioneers to sell six flats, let at £55,740 pa, in Dover, Kent. The guide price is £650,000-plus (lot 113).

Let at £60,000 pa, a business centre in Chatham, Kent, with 16 individual offices as well as a reception, meeting room, kitchens, storeroom and toilets, is guided at £550,000-plus (lot 15). There is lapsed planning for conversion to 12 self-contained flats.

Guided at £325,000-plus is a former school with three bedrooms – Old Salehurst School is in Robertsbridge, East Sussex (lot 145).

Shangri-La, a mixed-use site over 10 acres and adjacent Gatwick Airport in West Sussex, is guided £750,000 - £800,000 (lot 68).

The land at Charlwood, Horley, comprises a detached farmhouse and gardens, stable block with exercise yard and sand school, two static caravans, a general industrial workshop and yard with woodland, garden pond and surrounding farmland.

Planning permission has been granted for the large storage barn and adjoining building with yard area - change of use of existing buildings and associated land to general industrial, subject to conditions.

In the well-established Newbury Park area of Ilford, Essex, a four-bedroom house with “versatile accommodation”, including eight bathrooms, has a guide price of £950,000-plus (lot 166).

Dating back to the 1500s, The Old Ferry Inn at Bodinnick, on the opposite side of the estuary from Fowey, Cornwall, and with nine letting rooms, is guided at £475,000-plus (lot 10). The inn is close to the car ferry linking the village and harbour town.
