They are among 191 lots in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers which ends on Thursday 18 September.

A former house in multiple occupation (HMO) needing improvement in Leigh-on-Sea is coming up at the auction – the firm’s largest auction by lot numbers in 13 years. 

Abandale Lodge in 87 Station Road is listed with a freehold guide price of £585,000-plus.
