To start off the week, we'd like to share our Monday auction HOT PICK, which to us appears to be straight out of a period drama or perhaps even the pages of a story book.

There’s something of a magical feel to this 4 bed Georgian villa, and it’s hardly surprising that such a lovely building is Grade II listed! Given it’s age, completed in 1802, and its woodland surroundings, it seems steeped in history and would be wonderful as a holiday or weekend home.

We love this property, since it feels like a place that will inspire and feed the imagination.
