Our Monday auction property favourites
So over the weekend, whilst the majority of you were outside sunning yourselves, we were busy in the office uploading some new properties into our database for your perusal.
This property in Somerset, caught our eye in particular for what it has externally rather than for the property itself, although it is rather an attractive 2 bedroom stone building in it's own right. It is perfect for the green fingered homeowner! As the house is requiring some modernisation, any owner occupier would also need to be a keen DIY enthusiast given the work that is required inside.
It's the garden that makes this one both a unique property, and also a fantastic opportunity for the keen gardener who is willing to take on a fixer-upper project property. This house has not just one, not only two, but has a total of THREE separate garden areas to the rear! The first of these benefits from a workshop/store outbuilding, with a walkway leading on to the second separate garden area which includes a summer house, several sheds, and a greenhouse. There is then a further separate garden which was previously used as a vegetable plot. Such a unique garden setup makes this a very intriguing lot, and ideal for someone willing to take on the interior work so as to benefit from outdoor space that is so perfectly suited to a kitchen garden. Fancy the challenge? Find our more here.
This next one, located in Cornwall, is fab for owner occupiers seeking a home that's ideally suited for a disabled family member.
It's a detached 5 bed bungalow with lovely interior, and outside has the benefit of low-maintenance gardens. It's not often you see such a good sized bungalow that's already got all the adaptations for disabled access in place, and the low maintenance gardens are the icing on the cake. There will be someone out there that would love to find an opportunity like this one - click here for more details.
Will keep you posted on some more of our favourite auction lots, later this week!
