Located at 4 ,5 and 6 Penryn Street and 1 Station Hill, it is among 168 lots listed in England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, with the July online auction concluding on 23 July. It has a freehold guide price of £75,000 plus.

The detached property is arranged over five floors with two vacant commercial units on the ground floor and a maisonette above, let at £9,300 per annum. 

As well as a courtyard garden, there is an adjoining enclosed parcel of land which has lapsed planning permission for 14 flats.

Shorelands in Lower Broad Lane has two/three bedrooms, a driveway, garage and gardens. It is being auctioned in arrangement with MAP Estate Agents.

A modern two-bedroom second floor apartment with parking – Flat 33, Chy Kensa, Jubilee Drive - has a freehold guide of £65,000 plus.

On the outskirts of Redruth town centre, it is being sold with the remainder of a 125-year lease, from 1st July 2012. It is being auctioned in arrangement with MAP Estate Agents.

Two parcels of freehold land are being auctioned separately in Redruth on the instructions of Cornwall Council. Both have nil reserves.

One is next to 18 Forth An Ryn and measures about 0.005 hectares (0.01 acres). The other is next to 10 Forth Scol and measures 0.009 hectares (0.02 acres).

Bids set to go inn

A historic inn with nine letting rooms overlooking the Fowey Estuary has a freehold guide price of £475,000 plus at auction. 

The Old Ferry Inn, at Bodinnick, dates to the 1500s and is close to the car ferry connecting Bodinnick and Fowey.

Auction Appraiser James Lofthouse said: “We are expecting keen interest in this property on the popular and picturesque Fowey Estuary.

“As well as a bar and restaurant, it has nine on-suite letting rooms, owners’ accommodation, laundry room, a patio terrace and private car parking on a site measuring a fifth of an acre.

Measuring about 0.02 hectares (0.06 acres), it is being auctioned on the instructions of Cornwall Council.

Cornwall Council is also selling two freehold parcels of land in the Launceston area – each with a nil reserve.
