A four-storey house on the estuary waterfront in the historic harbour of Fowey in South Cornwall is among the highlights of the March auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Guided at £425,000-plus (lot 102), the spacious property has from water views from most rooms, with a terrace providing direct access to a mooring.

The sale of the property at 22 Station Road was postponed from the firm’s February auction, which raised more than £21m for clients and attracted website visitors from 141 countries.
