The semi-detached property, which has two bedrooms, has a freehold guide price of £80,000 to £90,000.
It is among 174 lots in the first auction of 2025 by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

Lots to choose in Launceston
Cornwall Council has instructed sale of two parcels of land, each with freehold guide prices of £5,000 plus.
The first is in a predominantly residential area, off Trecarn Close in Launceston. It measures about 0.11 hectares (0.28 acres).
The second includes a roadway and is behind Sportsmans Close, in Treburley, directly next to houses.
Two semi-detached bungalows in Hellescott Road, North Petherwin, are also going under the gavel. Both are in disrepair and require extensive improvement works.
Both have one bedroom and freehold guides of £27.500 plus.
