Notice hasn't yet been served, which means there is no estimate as to how many thousands this will cost, so potential buyers will need to do their homework and read the legal pack carefully.

Earlier this year in Chelsea, a single-storey garage with a guide price of £180,000 attracted competitive bidding and eventually fetched a whooping £360,000.​
