The site off Porthkidney Beach, at Lelant, has a freehold guide price of £15,000 plus.

It is among 186 lots listed in the second auction of 2026 by Clive Emson Auctioneers, which is one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK.

Senior Auction Appraiser Katie Semmens said: “This is an exciting opportunity to acquire your own section of Cornish beach and cliff land.
