They are among 168 lots listed in England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, with the July online auction concluding on 23 July.

The Sportsmans Inn in Exeter Road, Ivybridge, is among 168 lots listed in England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, with the July online auction concluding on 23 July.

Its site extends to 0.15 hectares (0.38 acres) and includes 14 rooms, bar, restaurant and manager's flat.

Auction appraiser james Lofthouse said: “This is a substantial two-storey hotel just on the edge of the town of Ivybridge.

“The town is known as the Gateway to Dartmoor and is the start/finish of the long distant walking path the Two Moors Way.

“Ivybridge is the largest town in the South Hams and offers a good range of local amenities.
