It is among 177 lots listed in the first auction of 2026 by Clive Emson Auctioneers, which is one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK.
Auction Appraiser Steve Appleby said: “This modern holiday apartment offers sea view. It is close to Westward Ho! beach as well as nearby shops and amenities.
“It would make a perfect holiday bolthole but also offers potential for letting income through an option to join a collective rental pool of all the holiday apartments in the development with income split between each.”
Clive Emson has been advised by the seller that between April 2022 and October 2024 the income generated from holiday lettings was about £47,795. Interested parties should also make their own investigations to verify the rental income.
It is being auctioned with the remainder of a 125-year lease from February 2012.
