First one I have for you today in one of those wonderful properties with a simple, clean and modest exterior but so, so much more the moment you step through the door.

This former bakery in Essex, now a 5 bedroom house, is packed from end to end with spacious open-plan rooms and fab features wherever you direct your eyes. Add in the views across open countryside, then take a second look at that unassuming exterior from the front. Now you can see what I found so amazing about this one. It's just full of surprises! :-)

And whilst we're on the subject of 5 bedroom houses, here's another an ab-fab one , this time in Nottingham, which has been recently refurbished, and wow what a fantastic makeover it has been given!

This property was already pretty on the outside, but the inside is jaw-droppingly gorgeous by the look of those internal images. The open plan kitchen and dining areas have been renovated to an incredibly high standard and the space appears to extend much further into what I imagine will be some kind of lounge space. Those lovely windows that stretch extensively along almost the entire length of this enormous living space(and probably most of the length of the building itself!) are quite the feature in themselves, and thanks to the elevation if this property, offer some remarkably fine views across the local rooftops and of the countryside beyond.

The kitchen area looks incredible thanks to the combination of those slate tiles, white units, and fantastic brick shaped glossy grey tiles stretching the full height of this quirky space. Anyone with a love or cooking and baking, those who love getting friends and family around the table for a meal and get together, or folks that just love to entertain guests... all would have the benefit of doing so in a gorgeous setting in this lovely home

This is a property that doesn't disappoint... it's an incredible living space! The only disappointment will be for the unlucky bidders that lose out when the hammer falls on this one, and it won't surprise me if there are a few, since this one is sure to have a few folks interested when it's turn comes along at auction ;-)
