The row at Hill Ground has a freehold guide price of £28,000 plus. It is among 145 lots in the second sale of 2025 being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

Senior Auction Appraiser Audrey Smith said: “This block of five vacant garages with up and over doors and parking to the front is located in a predominantly residential area.

“It is likely to be of interest for private use or investment to generate an income from local residents.”

The image shows a block of five individual garages for auction in the UK. Each garage has a white door and a flat roof. The garages are on 5 different levels, with a grey concreate area in front of them. The sky is blue with white clouds. There is a red brick house in the background behind the garages.
