It is among 143 lots listed in England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, with the May online auction concluding on 7th May.
Auction appraiser James Lofthouse said: “The former Watcombe Beach Café requires significant improvement following fire damage yet offers plenty of potential.
“Interested parties may have a number of schemes in mind, including continued use as a beach cafe, subject to all necessary consents being obtained.”

Don't look down!
An unusual lot at Plymouth could hit the heights at auction – a cliff face with a nil guide price.
Turnchapel Cliff in Barton Road, Turnchapel, is an L-shaped parcel of land extends to about 0.23 hectares (0.56 acres).
Auction Appraiser James Lofthouse said: “Turnchapel was historically a shipyard and is now a residential area with a marina which serves as a key transit point, offering a ferry service to Plymouth and Mount Batten.
“This cliff face land has now become available at auction with a nil reserve price. Occasionally unusual lots of this kind do become available and attract interest from bidders for a variety of reasons.
