Residential and commercial premises across Essex for auction in December. 

Houses, cottages, bungalows flats and commercial premises are among 163 lots listed across southern England in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Auctioneers, which ends on Thursday 11 December.

Four one-bedroom flats in a rural riverside setting on the outskirts of Colchester are coming up at the auction. 

Listed as one lot, 1-4 Regent Court, Regent Street in Rowhedge is offered jointly with Fenn Weight, it is listed with a freehold guide price of £300,000 to £350,000.

Auction Appraiser Paul Wood said: “This is a tremendous opportunity to acquire four flats in a popular riverside as an investment.

“Two ground floor apartments are currently let under assured shorthold tenancy agreements, while the other two first floor apartments are vacant.

“They are let at £17,700 per annum with the estimated rental when fully occupied circa £35,100 per annum.”
