Clive Emson Auctioneers lists 186 lots across southern England
Former council offices in Essex are among 186 lots listed across southern England in Clive Emson Auctioneers’ October auction.
The firm has been instructed by Tendring District Council to sell the building and depot, pictured, at Weeley, Clacton-on-Sea (lot 37).
With a guide price of £650,000 - £750,000, and arranged over three floors, with multiple offices, the property includes the council chambers and chairman's parlour.

In Epsom, Surrey, 29 garages in two compounds are guided at £275,000 - £285,000 (lot 14) – in the firm’s July auction, 11 garages in the racecourse town went for £187,000, nearly double the guide price, with another six at £116,000, more than twice guide price.
Let at £42,120 pa, 46 lock-up garages with a forecourt at Rochester, Kent, have a guide price of £350,000-plus (lot 23).
