Bidders have the chance to stake a claim at auction for land with planning permission for a four-bedroom home in Launceston.
Measuring about 0.097 hectares (0.23 acres, the plot is south of Manaton Drive, Dunheved Road.
Auction appraiser James Lofthouse said: “This site is set in a tucked away location and comes to auction with the benefit of outline planning permission for a single residential property.
“It may appeal to self-builders or small building firms but other interested parties may envisage other schemes for the site, all subject to the necessary conditions.”
Also in Launceston, an end-terrace house at 19 Prince Charles Close has a freehold guide of £40,000 plus. As well as four bedrooms, it also has front and back gardens.

Two freehold parcels of land in Tresmeer, near Launceston, have been placed at auction by Cornwall Council. They have a nil reserve.
One is at the end of Wilsey View and the other is opposite a property called Kilarney further down the road.
James said: “This is an unusual lot comprising two parts: an area of land which has previously been used for parking and a roadway which provides access to an area of land.
“Occasionally lots of this type come to auction, sometimes with a nil reserve, and they can generate keen interest from interested parties.”
