The building is among 177 lots listed in the first auction of 2026 by Clive Emson Auctioneers, which is one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK.

Auction Land ahoy!

Three acres of land and a beach with ‘breathtaking views’ near St Ives have become available at auction. 

The site off Porthkidney Beach, at Lelant, has a freehold guide price of £15,000 plus.

The land measures about 1.16 hectares (2.88 acres).

Further land in the Hayle and St Ives area are also going under the auctioneer’s gavel in four separate lots.

Cornwall Council has instructed the sale of land off Trencrom Lane in Carbis Bay.

A WC block was formerly sited on the land, which has a freehold guide of £1,000 plus.

A freehold parcel of land next to Glebe Row, Phillack, Hayle, has a freehold guide of £10,000 plus.

Located in a residential area, it extends to 0.99 hectares (2.46 acres).

Also in Phillack, a strip of woodland next to  Parc An Dix Lane, has a freehold guide of £5,000 plus.

It measures 0.71 hectares (1.75 acres) and is a short walk away from the area’s King George’s Walk, estuary and quay.

Two parcels of land alongside Hayle Terrace, in Hayle, together have a freehold guide of £5,000 plus.

They form part of Hayle Estuary and measure about 1.57 hectares (3.88 acres) combined.

Commercial opportunity at auction

Auctioneers have hailed a ‘rare opportunity’ to acquire a large commercial unit on more than half a hectare near St Austell. 

The Communication Centre, in Par Moor Road, Par, has a freehold guide price of £300,000 to £350,000 in the first auction of 2026 by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Farmland near Wadebridge is going under the hammer with a £120,000 auction price in February. 

The 3.09 hectares (7.63 acres) parcel at Roserrow Farm, St Minver, backs onto The Point at Polzeath.
