An end-terrace house with development potential in Chelmsford, three-bedroom 5 Glebe View in Galleywood has sold at auction with Clive Emson Auctioneers for £375,000.

It was offered jointly with Fenn Wright and was among 180 lots listed for sale by Clive Emson, the land and property auctioneers.
