We are taking a trek down to Cornwall today, to check out a few lots that Clive Emson Auctioneers are offering in their next auction. There are a few highlights, which we are sharing below.

A Helston town centre shop with planning permission for first floor residential conversion has a freehold guide price of £85,000 plus at auction.

The property in Meneage Street has approval from Cornwall Council for the creation of four flats.

It is among 184 lots listed in the October auction being held by Clive Emson Auctioneers, which is one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK.

Senior Auction Appraiser Katie Semmens said: “This is a well-located development opportunity in the heart of Helston town centre close to national chains and independents.

“As well as a large ground floor retail area with changing rooms and an office, it benefits from staff facilities and extensive first floor storage, serviced by a goods lift.
