The former Moorlands Methodist Church, which fronts onto Hydes Road in West Bromwich has been listed with a guide price* of £175,000+ in the livestreamed auction on 30 March.

 

The vacant freehold property, which dates from the 1950s, has a gross internal area of about 4,334 sq ft and is located on about 0.34 acres of land.

The former church property is located in a predominantly residential location about 2.5 miles to the north of West Bromwich town centre and about three-quarters of a mile west of the busy local centre of Stone Cross.

 

Other centres such as Birmingham, Dudley and Walsall are within a few miles drive away, while the national motorway network can be accessed via Junction 9 of the M6 motorway, which is around two miles away.
