First one I have for you today is a fab house with attached barn in West Yorkshire.

It drew me in with that quirky appearance, and while not currently having any planning granted, it definitely has development potential stc. Currently arranged as a 3 bedroom cottage with lofty barn and mistal attached, this one would be an incredible detached home stpp if the house was expanded across the barn/mistal as well.
