A ‘stunning’ Art Deco style former care home with 26 bedrooms in North Devon is going under the hammer with a £695,000 freehold guide price. (THURS MARCH 20)
Woodtown House is set in 3.6 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland at East-the-Water, on the edge of Bideford.
It is among 145 lots in the second auction of 2025 by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

The plot in Teign View Road – measuring 0.05 hectares (0.12 acres) – has a freehold guide price of £115,000 plus.
