Auction House NW raises £3,528,799 in a record Fed Auction
The 2nd February’s Auction proved to be a fantastic event for Auction House North West with over 400 bidders in attendance, attracted by a hugely varied range of Commercial and Residential Lots with Guides ranging from NIL reserve to £425,000.

“The February auction was much busier than expected and a packed room produced some outstanding results for our clients, the commercial property highlight being a former council depot in Poynton which achieved nearly £100,000 above guide. Strong bidding, combined with their innovative marketing package saw lots of properties sold achieving a 82% success rate and raising £3,528,799.
