149 lots listed in Clive Emson May auction

A total of 149 lots are listed across southern England in the latest auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Bidding by the regional land and property auctioneers opens on Monday, 29 April, with the auction ending on Wednesday, 1 May.

The firm, in its 35th year, is just one auction away from its 250th auction milestone.

James Emson, Managing Director of Clive Emson, said: “On behalf of private clients, companies, institutions and public bodies, we have auctioned many hundreds of millions of pounds worth of land and property since my father, Clive, founded the business in 1989.

“Key to success has been offering the market diverse lots at realistic guide prices, from Essex to Cornwall. This steady-as-it-goes approach appeals to DIY enthusiasts, developers and investors who participate in our auctions due to speed and transparency.

“We also collaborate successfully with estate agents as joint auctioneers, amplifying marketing and local knowledge, and have a loyal, dynamic team here at Clive Emson Auctioneers, with digital innovation at the forefront.

“May’s catalogue, our 249th edition, exemplifies what we provide, with vacant residences and income-producing ones to commercial properties, development/conversion sites and plots of land.”
