Contacting UK Auction List
As a small, family-run business, we are often unable to answer multiple telephone enquiries throughout the day. We use an external call-answering service to ensure that we never miss a message, but our call handlers are unable to answer detailed questions about our service or individual properties.
If you need assistance, the best way to reach us is via our online enquiry form or by emailing Vicki or Anna at info@ukauctionlist.com, and we'll be happy to help. We can review your enquiry properly and provide a dedicated, detailed response tailored to your question.
Please note that we are not the auctioneers or sellers of the properties featured in our database. We list auction properties on behalf of auctioneers across the UK, and all property particulars are provided by the selling auctioneer.
If you have questions about a specific property, including:
• Property viewings
• Legal packs
• Registering to bid
• Submitting an offer
• Sale results
• Property condition or additional information that isn't provided in the Sales Particulars
you will need to contact the auctioneer directly. Their contact details are available within the full property listing for our registered users.
Before making an enquiry about a property, please check the auction date shown on the listing. If the auction date has passed and the property is not marked as Unsold, it is likely that the property has already been sold.
If you are interested in selling a property or parcel of land at auction, please complete our Selling Form and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.
You may also find the answer to your question in our FAQs, which provide helpful information about both buying and selling at auction.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please ensure you provide a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder, as our reply may occasionally be filtered there. To avoid this, we recommend adding info@ukauctionlist.com to your safe senders list.
