Our auctions are conducted with an auctioneer at the rostrum and are live streamed on the internet with remote online, telephone and proxy bidding. On the fall of the hammer, contracts are exchanged, and completion is set for between 20 and 40 business days later, providing total transparency and complete security for both buyer and seller.
