Cottons is a Birmingham based independent firm of chartered surveyors established in 1997 following a management buyout of the original company formed in 1924. We specialise in property auctions, property sales, residential lettings, commercial lettings and property and estate management.

The partners and staff at Cottons pride themselves in offering a wealth of experience and expertise in all property matters throughout the West Midlands and extending further afield. We are proud to be members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Association of Residential Managing Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents and we fully comply with the regulations laid down by these professional bodies.
